We either replace the floor with new pressure treated wood or replace the wood and add composite material using hidden deck fasteners. We like and have been using Veranda, Fiberon and Timber Tech. Composite decks have the advantage of being maintenance free. We also change wood railings for new white vinyl railings including a post sleeve, post trim and post cap. 

At Pal's we realize that most people don't t need to have their deck built all over again. Sometimes all it takes to correct a problem is replacing a rotting board and fixing other issues.
